Key Deliverables: Engage with stakeholders to gather and write user story requirements. Collaborate with technical architecture to identify solution options and presented the options to Demand Governance. Manage user stories through the sprint process and support the business with user acceptance testing
Simplification: Responsible for improving the usability of Contacts, Campaigns and Opportunities. Analysed existing business processes and data to identify functionality that is no longer used and manged the removal from the system. Developed a proof of concept (POC) using dynamic forms for managing business requirements. Recommendations for page layout and filtering from the POC were implement group wide.
